Aston Martin Revels New Bond Car

It's no secret that the British car company, Aston Martin, is at the top of the car world with its expensive luxury cars. One way on how Aston Martin got so popular is from the James Bonds series. James Bond is seen driving the Aston Martin DB5 at the beginning of the series, but now drives the DB10. It will be no surprise if in the up and coming Bond movie he will be seen driving the brand new DB11.

The Aston Martin DB11 is one that surprises many Aston Martin enthusiasts. Aston Martin with the DB series goes away from their "traditional" luxury look, instead goes for a sleek super car look. With the traditional look you get the wide wheel base, big open front grill, and slim front lights. "Looks like Aston Martin isn't just boring cars anymore," Chris Campbell enthusiastically proclaimed when shown the new DB11. With a super car look, you need a super car performance.

The DB11 has a 5.7-Liter, V12, Twin-Turbo engine that can produce 600 horse power, about 200 more horse power than a 2017 Ford Mustang. Along with the powerful engine it is outfitted with an array of features. Including two back row seats with significant head and leg room, 7-Speed Automatic transmission with paddle shifts, push to start ignition, climate control seats, and the name of the engineer on top on the engine that worked on the car. A car with that many features and power comes a hefty price tag of $214,820 (Car and Driver Magazine price tag), but still about $50,000 cheaper than the world renowned Ferrari 458 and the Lamborghini Aventador (see bottom right picture).
